Since 2001 we have been dealing with the direct effects of PAS (Parental Alienation Syndrome). In short, it has been like watching our children drown with our hands tied behind our backs. We have created this blog to help others in our same plight against PAS, as well as a starting point and sounding board for the book we are writing. These diary excerpts are sad, but real examples of our own experiences with PAS over the last 10 years and counting. It is our hope to raise awareness through our diaries. PAS is a form of abuse and it needs to STOP!
